Her treatments are also supportive treatments in fertility procedures such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intrauterine insemination (IUI). She augments her gentle acupuncture treatment style with Chinese herbal formulations, eastern nutritional therapy, tuina (a Chinese style of deep-tissue bodywork), auricular/ear acupuncture, Korean hand therapy, and reflexology. Remee Gemo holds a masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is trained in Mei Zen cosmetic acupuncture, Doran Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture and Di Wang Shu Emperor's Technique of anti-aging acupuncture. She is licensed in Acupuncture by the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Medicine and is a Diplomate of the National Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Remee also works for the People's Medical Publishing House of Beijing as an editor of Chinese medical textbooks.
